I found Andrew when looking for a scooter to hire for a few days. Most impressed with the gym facilities when a hotel gym is not what you’re after. (Let’s face it, when is a hotel gym EVER what you’re after?) If you are serious and want somewhere to work hard, maybe get some tips from a guy who knows how to train, then pay Andrew a visit.
Oh yeah, and if you are looking for a scooter to hire, or even a bungalow to rent, ask Andre!
来卡伦海滩第一时间我就去租辆摩托代步，沿路找了好几家，最后选定这家也提供租车及接送服务的健身房，该健身房就在卡伦海滩边上，很好找，附近吃饭的地方很多。车子新，干净，价钱公道。有兴趣还可以在里面做做瑜珈，健健身，环境很干净，设备也很全很专业，就是空间有点挤。主人是个长的像阿洛舒瓦的德国帅哥，一对灰眼睛让我想起以前养过的威玛犬。但你别说这哥们人可nice，单纯，去机场我让他送我（因价钱相对便宜），结果这哥们开一辆带警灯的皮卡，一路上聊的不错，谈谈德国足球，汽车，政府，税收，德国对欧洲的贡献，还有他的其他副业，基本家庭情况。下次到卡伦还去找他，找他喝啤酒，顺便给我介绍当地的情况。
I think I might be the first Chinese to make comment here. Andrew is definitely a nice guy even he looks tough. He is from Germany and working very hard even at Phuket. We had a very nice talk while he drove me to airport. I told him he could not imagine how Chinese likes German and the young generation are endeavor to learn from German of the way & attitude of work. He is operating a clean, well-equiped gym room at Karon beach. I rent a motorbike from there with a reasonable price. I will revisit there once I go to Karon next time.

Found this gym online and was exactly what I wanted. Great equipment for what ever your needs are. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.
