We rent very good condition Honda motorbikes from this very friendly owner for 2 weeks low rent price and bikes work all the time perfect. He show his nice bungalow too, sad we have already booked expensive hotel rooms.. bungalow was really nice and price is very low too.. next time i call and book bungalow from Andrew too 😀
He help us everything problems and drive us too the airport and everything goes perfect ! Nice gym too near the beach, maybe next trip have time to training too 😀

A nice gym with a variety of training options. There are both a lot of dumbbells, bars and cable options. Likewise, there are exercise bikes and treadmills . Everything is assembled in a clean and tidy room with air conditioning and fans .
It is possible to buy protein shakes and bars. which I think is really nice 🙂
The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I ‘ve even used the gym for several years and will also use it in the future when I come again 🙂
Bonus info : It is located with great views over Karon beach which is just on the other side of the street .

A really nice gym with good hearted and friendly owners that does everything to help with everything from protein and training tips to tips where to travel 🙂
the gym got everything a good gym needs including “cables” which is my favorite training machine because of its variability which most gyms doesnt have.
They also got good speakers which they let you put music on and fans that keeps the gym cool at all times and its just awesome.
Also a really nice view over The sea while you are training 🙂
Found the gym on our first day in Thailand and have gone there everyday for a week now and are planing to continue go there until we go home in about an week. I think that its really nice to train while on vacation since i eat triple of what i eat at home and spend most of the days relaxing on the beach 🙂
